Washington DC

Capitol, with a capital CAPITOL

Washington, DC, our nation's capitol.  I spent a couple of days here, and learned some super important stuff, and wouldn't want you guys to miss out on it.  So here is all of the important stuff.

The Jason
This is how he charms the people on capitol hill
A Special thanks to this clown, who not only gave me a place to stay within [insert better term than striking distance] of the capitol building, but also showed me around when he had a chance and hooked me up with his snazzy    bartender job.  He's probably doing something important for someone important right now, but I just wanted to say thanks to Jason!  Because I didn't thank him in person.  Because he's a jerk.  I vote yea for a name change to Jerkson!

The Two Museums I went to

The National Portrait Gallery used to be a serpentarium too.
I highly recommend the National Portrait Gallery if ever you are in DC.  It's free, and it is also open until 7.  Contrary to what the name may make you think, there is actually more than just portraits there.  Specific areas in the museum I can suggest you go include the modern art exhibit, the "champions" exhibit, the "black list" exhibit, and the creepy tin foil throne.

I just want to say, the Air and Space Museum is just as cool as I remember it being when I was a child.  What I mean by that is, I want to be a pilot when I grow up!

Crowded Airspace
Hope you like chapped lips, Nazis!

All of the exhibits in the Air and Space Museum are interesting.  It is all cool to look at, at you can finally get the answers to those questions like "How stylish were German soldiers compared to Americans?"  Or, "What does an astronaut's fecal bag look like?"  Or even "What do I look like on a thermal camera?" (spoiler alert: I'm a zombie.)
